SHIPPING & RETURNS
Exchanges & Returns
When you receive your order and need to make an exchange please contact us with in 48 hours of delivery at becklesbeauty.com.
When returning the order, we recommend shipping with tracking and insurance. Store credit is offered for all orders that have been processed and shipped. To receive a store credit the order must be returned in the same condition it was shipped. The item must be return in original state, unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged with all original tags, labeling and packaging.
Domestic Deliveries
Please allow 2 - 5 business days to process your order and 2-5 business days to receive your package within the US. Order processing times are counted in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays). These times average 7-10 business days and may take longer, depending on immediate item availability.

International Deliveries
Please allow 2 - 5 business days to process your order and 6-10 business days to receive your package. We are not responsible for any custom fees or taxes associated with your shipment upon delivery.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail with tracking, signature confirmation and insurance. Once your order is shipped please keep track of your delivery. Please be advised USPS may drop your package off at your door without any notice or signature. You can request them hold your package for pickup once you receive your tracking number. We are not responsible for any non-delivered, lost or stolen packages.
