BOOKING POLICY

Booking & Salon Policy

Your appointments are very important to Beckles Beauty, it is reserved especially for YOU. We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24/48 hours notice for cancellations. Please note that ALL deposits are NON-refundable and NON-transferable. We ask, just as it is expected to respect and value your time, that you do the same for others as well.

 

STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment  without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that  appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked well in advance. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service will apply.

NO CALL/NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount before they are able to book again. 

As a courtesy, we will EMAIL you to confirm your service appointments prior to your appointment date. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

Thank you for choosing to book with Beckles Beauty LLC. It is our pleasure to service you and bring you an exceptional salon experience. Here at Beckles Beauty we understand all that is going on in the world due to COVID-19 and we want to ensure your safe at all times during your service. Please read below, where you would find information of current booking rules and status going forward for 2023. I hope each of you remain safe and well during these times.

* ALL clients will be MAY to wear mask at during their service

 

* No EXTRA COMPANY

 

* Clients will be asked to sanitize/wash their hands as they enter the building

* Feel ILL - Cancel app 

* Have a fever above 37.3(c)/98.4(f) or higher - Cancel app 

Please know that before/after every visit all tools and work stations are thoroughly cleaned and sanitary to ensure your safety. Please allow time and patience in between services to ensure everyone has a clean area to be serviced in.
