No returns due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. In the event that we are responsible we shall process an exchange based on the situation. We will accept an exchange with the product in its original condition and sales receipt. The item must be return in original state, unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged with all original tags, labeling and packaging. Please allow 2 - 5 business days to process your order and 2-4 business days to receive your package within the US. Order processing times are counted in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays). These times average 7-10 business days and may take longer, depending on immediate item availability.
International Deliveries
Please allow 2 - 5 business days to process your order and 6-10 business days to receive your package. We are not responsible for any custom fees or taxes associated with your shipment upon delivery.

Tips for Longevity
• Keep styling products to a minimal • Use a paddle brush while hair is wet to detangle •Use quality hair products for washing, conditioning, moisturizing and styling hair • Avoid leaving product in for long periods of time • When hair feels heavy shampoo and conditioner to remove products that are weighing the hair down. • When washing hair don’t rub together, use a paddle brush or wide tooth comb to assist in apply shampoo or conditioner • Don’t use oil sheen on virgin hair, a serum or argan oil is recommended to apply sheen and moisture • Always comb or brush hair from bottom to top.
